• No-Show / No-Call: If you fail to show up for your appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time, you may be charged up to 100% of the service price, depending on the circumstances and our ability to fill the spot.
